Classic Redux II

This is not only an update to the Classic Redux I graphic mod, but also an extension as the mod contains several GUI styles and a complete unit counter set. However, i have split the download in three parts – terrain, GUI and counters – so that everyone can pick their likes. The look of the terrain tiles is only partially similar to the Classic Redux I mod as some graphics have changed completely ( especially urban and rivers) while others have only been slightly modified (i.e. open and desert terrain) and some stayed the same (hills, marsh i.e.). But see for yourself (thumbnails can be clicked for detailed view):

There is not only one, but 10 GUI Mods! Note that the GUI mods are themed, i.e. the Mod ‘Eastern Rust’ has a World War II Soviet theme while the Modern Olive style is a Cold War/Post Cold War general theme. Also note that the download contains an Opart 3 fonts .ini file with the settings and fonts that have been used for the screenshots. Please also read the ‘readme’ text file that is contained in the download.

Classic Redux Addendum

This is not a standalone Graphic Mod, it’s just an update – or better a mixture of updated, improved, corrected and alternate files – for the Classic Redux Mod.

Note that the download doens’t always contain a huge or small view version of a specific graphic file. You will need a s_ or H_ version of the according terrain tile in AltGraphics for the best results. Some files are only present in the huge version (H_tiles..), for them you certainly need according normal and small versions.

The addendum contains a corrected version of tiles_misc.png as the original file didn’t display frozen shallow water. Now there is also an alternate version of open terrain in the zip file’s subfolder ‘Tiles Misc Alt’:

Classic Redux

A Graphic Mod for TOAW 3.4, based on the classic TOAW graphics. The Mod also contains graphic files for the zoomed in huge view, though these are not perfect. Some files have not been modified and are not incooperated in the Mod, i.e. improved roads. In the screenshots the improved roads are TOAW 3.4 standard .png graphics. Unit counters in the screenshots are from JMass, they are not part of the download.

Telu 3.4 Graphic Mod II

This mod is, as my earlier Mod, based on the original TOAW 3.4 .png graphics by Damezzi. Some files are the same as in my previous mod, some have been notably changed. Not all terrain tiles have been changed – in the screenshots below the following terrain tiles from the TOAW 3.4 original .png graphics have been kept and are thus not included in the download: hills, mountains, impassable, roads, damaged railroad, badlands, light woods (m_forest), urban ruins, minor and major escarpments.

Telu 3.4 Graphic Mod I

A mod for the new TOAW 3 .png graphics. Based mainly on the work of Damezzi who created the original 3.4 .png graphics. I didn’t modify escarpments, badlands, wadi, rivers, fortified line and light woods. The mod might look best with Damezzi’s original .png files (as in the screenshots) or with those from the latest JMass Mod (except maybe light woods). The download is splitted into two packages due to file size limitations (external links).
